DDU DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID

It means that the seller fulfills his obligations to deliver when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer at the named place of the country of destination, and the seller has to bear the costs and risks involved in bringing the goods there to (excluding rights, taxes and other official charges required for import), as well as the costs and risks of the carrying out the customs formalities.

3.- CARRYING (from factory to place of export)
4.- CUSTOMS (documents, permits, requirements, taxes)
5.- EXPORT EXPENSES (handling, storage, customs agent)
6.- FREIGHT (from place of export to place of import)
7.- INSURANCE
8.- IMPORT EXPENSES (handling, storage, customs agents)
10.- CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE (from place of import to premises)
11.- DELAYS


The Buyer’s Obligations
